Job Title: Folder Operator - Bindery Technician Needed Company: Location: Annapolis, MD Description: Tidewater Direct is seeking quality folder operators looking for supervisory or management opportunity. Knowledge of folder operation, including feeding folders, setting up jobs including 8 page and 16 page units is necessary. Experience with lightweight paper is a plus. At Tidewater Direct, Folder Operators are primarily responsible for pulling work tickets, setting up folders, and feeding folders during production. The high paced environment is rewarding and incentivized. Tidewater Direct, a family owned company, prints high volume direct mail component parts and pharmaceutical inserts. Shift is 3-4 12 hour days, offering 3-4 day weekend. The shifts are from 7 am to 7 pm, either Monday - Wednesday or Thursday - Friday. Every 4 weeks, they rotate.
